Dr. John Hanlin supports strategic public health initiatives for Ecolab’s Healthcare, Water and Process Services and other divisions. His subject matter expertise in public health and food safety provides the foundation for an enterprise-wide view of infection prevention and contamination control issues.
Dr. Oriana Leishman is a lead microbiologist for the Ecolab Food & Beverage Division. She is responsible for developing new products and programmes for advancing food safety initiatives in our customers across the Food & Beverage business.
Dr. Youkai Lu is Food Safety Associate Director for the Food & Beverage Division of Ecolab China. He leads a food safety team to conduct food safety risk assessment, training and consultation for the Chinese food and beverage industries.
Susan Nie is the Food Safety Leader, in Ecolab’s Greater China and Asia Pacific Regions. She provides technical expertise and consultation to internal and external customers on food safety issues, by identifying and tracking emerging food safety trends and new control strategies.

Mandy is the Food Safety and Public Health Manager for EcoSure, an Ecolab Division, responsible for Health Department response, foodborne illness response and food code interpretation, and providing education and recommendations to help customers adopt best practices and mitigate risks in the day to day operations.
Dr. Anna Starobin is responsible for food safety, environmental testing, equipment evaluation, outbreak prevention and recovery, regulatory, product development and research for Ecolab quick service and food retail customers in the U.S. and internationally.
